How Attain IVF works
As an AttainTM IVF Refund Program participant, you can try up to 6 cycles — 3 IVF cycles and 3 frozen embryo cycles. And if treatment is unsuccessful, you'll get up to a 70% refund if you are using your own eggs and up to 100% if you are using donor eggs.
The Attain Programs are offered exclusively at IntegraMed fertility network practices. Our IntegraMed network consists of over 35 fertility centers with more than 100 locations nationwide. These practices are staffed by renowned experts in Reproductive Endocrinology and Assisted Reproductive Technology. The IntegraMed fertility network performs more than 25% of the IVF procedures in the United States.
Our path guarantees you the greatest chance of success. We will guide you through our IVF treatment program, including helping you find a fertility practice and team of medical professionals that meet your needs and helping you with the financing options and alternatives available to you.
Three steps to get started:
 Your IntegraMed fertility network doctor will evaluate whether or not IVF treatment is right for you. Your doctor will also discuss the clinical options available to you and create a customized treatment plan that may include ART technologies like intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo freezing, assisted hatching, and donor egg.  After your doctor recommends IVF treatment, you should ask the practice to submit an Attain application on your behalf. Your Attain IVF Customer Care Specialist can also help coordinate the completion of your application. When your application is received, our clinical staff, led by our Medical Director, a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner along with her team of clinical review Registered Nurses, will determine your Attain IVF Refund Program eligibility. Your Attain IVF Customer Care Specialist will then call you with the result and send you (by secure email or mail) a contract detailing your options. Over 75% of applicants are accepted into the Refund Program!
 Finally, you will decide which Attain IVF Refund Program is right for you and how you will pay for your IVF treatment. The Refund Program includes up to 6 treatment cycles (three IVF cycles and three frozen embryo cycles). If treatment is unsuccessful, there is up to a 70% refund for women using their own eggs and up to a 100% refund for donor egg recipients (frozen embryo cycles are unlimited for donor egg recipients).
If you do not qualify for the Refund Program, you may be able to participate in the Attain IVF Multi-Cycle Program, which is offered at select fertility centers for patients whose doctor recommends IVF treatment using their own eggs.
